PRODUCT INFORMATION

Are your products tested on animals?

No. None of our products or ingredients are tested on animals. We also make sure we source as much as we can from the UK.

Are your candles made with natural wax?

Yes! Our candles are made with the finest 100% natural and unique vegetable wax that burns cleanly and efficiently. We also use recycled glass for the vessels and our candles are vegan.

Are your scented candles and bath and body collections made in England?

 Absolutely! All these collections are made and sourced in the UK. We pride ourselves on supporting local production as much as possible.

 Do you sell wash or lotion refills for the glass bottles?

At the moment, no. But this is something we are definitely looking into introducing in the future.

 

GENERAL INFORMATION

How quickly will my order arrive?

For standard UK delivery please allow 2 - 5 working days for your order to arrive. We also offer a next day delivery option, please make sure you order before 2pm to guarantee delivery for the next working day. Click here for more information about postage and returns.

Where is my order?

If you have placed an order and it has still not arrived, then please get in touch with us at online@plumandashby.co.uk and we will look into this for you.

Do you have a shop where I can try the products before I buy them?

We don't have a shop, but we do include small testers with every order in a range of different scents, to give you an idea of ones you are yet to try! If you'd like to try more of a selection, we might suggest popping into one of our stockists shops.

Are there any stockists in my area?

I'm sure there will be! Drop us an email on online@plumandashby.co.uk and we will be able to find the closest stockist to you.

What postal services do you use?

For standard delivery, we use Royal Mail, for next day delivery we use DPD and for international orders we use DHL.

I've changed my mind, can I cancel my order?

No problem at all, just contact us as soon as possible and we will cancel the order for you. 

I've signed up for your email newsletter but the Welcome email hasn't come through and I would like the discount code?

If you are having any trouble with receiving our emails, please get in touch with us and we can look into this for you as quickly as possible.
