We make every effort to ensure all products are in stock, but in the event of us not having your chosen product we will call or email you and offer an alternative, a refund or a later delivery if possible.
If you have a discount code, from us or an approved partner, then please note that this discount will only be valid on our full priced collection and not products that have been reduced.
Credit card orders are processed securely by Shopify payments and Paypal. Plum & Ashby does not handle any credit card data for orders placed online.

Delivery will be sent with Royal Mail. The standard cost is £4.95. Please note, these costs only apply to mainland UK. There may be a surcharge for Highlands and Islands.
We aim to process orders the same day, although at busy times we may take slightly longer.
We welcome international orders and charge £20 for European addresses and £40 for the rest of the world.
Please note that overseas customers may be eligible to pay local customs or duty charges; these are not included in your payment to us.
Please allow up to two weeks for delivery of International orders.
We hope you are happy with your purchases from Plum & Ashby but if not, we can offer an exchange or refund on any item as long as it is returned in its original packaging and in a saleable condition within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us for more information. Please note, however, that we are unable to reimburse postage costs. If you receive faulty or damaged goods, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement or refund for you.
